Case Study Factoring Facility for Phoenix Business

A small courier company contacted Cashflow Acceleration looking for invoice finance and a factoring facility to provide working capital to their recently resurrected phoenix company was the facility that would best suit them.

Factoring the Phoenix Business 

In addition to ourselves, they obtained an online quotation from a bank owned factoring company.

In contrast we introduced a small independent factor. Having met both companies the client was very keen to go with the independent factor due to their personal service ethics and approach but they could not quite match the prepayment percentage that the bank factor proposed to fund the phoenix business.  They therefore decided to accept the bank factor's proposal.

However, upon receipt of the written quotations, both the prepayment percentage and the length of the agreement and termination period had changed, all to the detriment of the client company. Therefore the client accepted our independent factor's quotation and the first payment was made to our client within a week of acceptance of the offer to fund the phoenix business.
