A new start publishing and PR (public relations) marketing business approached Cashflow Acceleration because none of the various factors that they had already approached were able to provide them with a factoring facility, including their existing bankers.

The problem was that the factoring companies were not prepared to provide funding against their interim invoices (also known as stage or staged invoicing) that were raised as they completed various stages of the projects that there were involved with.

The factors were only prepared to finance their invoices once the "job" was completed which did not help with their requirement for working capital to improve their cash flow.
