The product is factoring, with bad debt protection if required, that will release funding against unpaid sales invoices, including those that relate to stage payments or those that are of a complex contractual nature (these would not typically be funded by other factoring companies).

The product works in a similar way to a normal factoring facility however the provider uses specialist IT industry experts to better understand and value IT related transactions enabling them to fund where other providers may not feel comfortable.

The service can be offered on a completely confidential basis so that your customers do not need to know that you are using it.

How Much Funding Can You Raise?

Up to 70% of the value of your outstanding sales invoices. This can include invoices in respect of:

• Staged and stage payments
• Complex contractual arrangements
• Service and servicing
• Maintenance
• Supply of IT equipment and hardware
• Software development & integration
• Provision of IT staff
