How one client saved 72%!
|
We recently helped a recruitment firm that was using a bank-owned factoring company. They wanted to save on costs generally, and in particular avoid a substantial one-off fee for increasing the maximum cap on the funding they could receive.
Furthermore, the company currently had bad debt protection, but the credit limits imposed by their bank were so restrictive that there was little value in them paying for this cover.
We were able to find them a recourse factoring offer, without a restrictive cap on the funding they would receive, and in addition they were able to make a 72% saving in the service charge for the facility.
This was a better than average result, but nevertheless in the majority of cases we are able to achieve significant savings for our clients.
What have you got to lose - why not request a free invoice finance quotation search now?

Fast factoring
|
It's a common misconception that a factoring facility will take a long time to set up.
However, one of our partners has just launched a fast track process for businesses with a turnover of up to £2 million. It involves a single visit by the factoring company, a same day offer and funds being available within a week.

DEBT PURCHASE FOR CONSUMER INVOICES
|
Traditionally, invoice finance can only be found in respect of sales to other businesses. Now, one of our partners has launched a facility allowing some businesses to sell outstanding consumer invoices to the factoring company, through a debt purchase facility.
The client benefits by receiving a fixed price in respect of the invoices raised to the consumers on credit terms.
This particular provider has been able to apply this service to sectors that would traditionally not be factorable, such as photographic studios, home information pack providers (SIPs) and training suppliers.
|
It can also be applied to other high volume, low value specialist services where sales to consumers are involved.
