Case Study: Non Recourse Factoring
|
We were recently able to help a foodstuffs distributor, with an annual turnover of less than £500K, which was looking to save money on its non recourse factoring arrangement (including bad debt protection) provided by a bank-backed factoring company.
We were able to find them an alternative factor, saving them 30% on the service charge they were paying, in addition to savings on the discount charge. Not only that, but the new factor will be able to release some additional funding by using a more flexible calculation than that of the bank factor.
